SEVEN SECRETS FOR AGELESS HAIR…

1. Don’t wash your hair too often as this will help preserve vital moisture in the hair.

2. Use a spray gel into towel-dried hair for volume.

3. Eat lots of protein.

4. Let your hair lie loose without lots of products for a day.

5. Oil it up if your hair is dry.

6. Reduce overusing heat styling tools as it dries out your hair.

7. Look after your coloured hair with an occasional mask.

SOME BEAUTY TIPS…

Use lighter movements to stimulate the lymphatic system or go deeper into the muscles to help relieve stress.

For puffy eyes, keep eye gel in the fridge as this will help to constrict the capillaries and help with dark circles.

If you wear glasses go easy on the eye shadow as it should not be competing with the colour of your frames. Never match it, if you want to wear the same colour go one shade lighter.
